General Meeting of Representatives of OSM Łask – June 10, 2026

The Supervisory Board and the Management Board of the District Dairy Cooperative in Łask hereby inform that the General Meeting of Representatives of OSM Łask will be held on: June 10, 2026 (Wednesday) at 10:00 a.m.

Agenda:

  1. Opening of the Meeting.
  2. Election of the Presidium of the Meeting.
  3. Presentation of awards to the largest suppliers.
  4. Adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the Meeting and adoption of a resolution.
  5. Adoption of the agenda of the Meeting and adoption of a resolution.
  6. Election of Committees:
    a) Mandate and Scrutineering Committee,
    b) Resolutions and Motions Committee.
  7. Report of the Management Board on the activities of the Cooperative for 2025.
  8. Report of the Supervisory Board on the activities of the Cooperative for 2025.
  9. Confirmation of the number of delegates required by the Statute for the Meeting to adopt binding resolutions.
  10. Approval of the minutes of the 2025 Meeting and adoption of a resolution.
  11. Discussion of the implementation of resolutions of the General Meeting of Representatives of Members adopted in 2025 and adoption of a resolution.
  12. Elections to the Supervisory Board:
    a) adoption of a resolution on the number of members of the Supervisory Board and substitute members,
    b) election of the Electoral Committee,
    c) elections.
  13. Discussion.
  14. Adoption of resolutions concerning:
    a) approval of the reports of the Management Board and Supervisory Board for 2025,
    b) approval of the financial statements for 2025,
    c) coverage of the financial loss for 2025,
    d) determination of the maximum level of liabilities the Cooperative may incur in 2026–2027,
    e) granting discharge (absolutorium) to members of the Management Board for 2025,
    f) allocation of payments to the share fund,
    g) amendments to the Cooperative’s Statute,
    h) withdrawal from the National Association of Dairy Cooperatives – Audit Union,
    i) accession to the Polish Milk Chamber – Economic Chamber,
    j) announcement of the results of the elections to the Supervisory Board and substitute members.
