Construction of a Photovoltaic Installation for OSM Łask Company
OSM Łask has completed an investment involving the construction of a photovoltaic installation for the production building at 16 Matejki Street in Łask. This project was co-financed in the form of a loan from the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łódź.
Investment objective
In the face of rising electricity costs and with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental protection, the decision was made to build a dedicated photovoltaic installation. The investment will improve the plant's energy management, providing partial energy independence and reducing emissions from conventional energy sources.
Scope of work:
As part of the project with a total capacity of up to 50 kW, the following tasks were completed:
01. Delivered and installed the mounting structure for photovoltaic panels on the roofs of production buildings.
02. Installed photovoltaic panels.
03. Installed the accompanying infrastructure, including:
✿ 1 inverter
✿ PV system distribution board
✿ AC and DC protection systems
04. Made cable connections between the panels and the inverter.
05. Connected the PV installation to the existing energy system of the plant.
06. Prepared post-installation documentation, created an operation manual, and trained the staff responsible for operating the installation.
